This research tries to shed light on Jerusalem in Palestine in the light of the journey of Isaac Ibn Chelo the Jew, which is one of the most important things written by Jewish travelers in the Mamluk era, and compare what he reported with Jewish travelers or other contemporaries of him, and the scope of the research included Jerusalem due to its importance to the Jews, And their attempt to prove their roots there through myths, As well as looking at what was reported by Jewish travelers from the European West against the Islamic East, but the talk will be limited to the religious vision of the holy places in the city of Jerusalem and its impact on them. The study was divided into two sections, the first focused on defining the life of Isaac Ibn Chelo, the Jew and the itinerary of his journey, while the second dealt with the description of the holy places and their religious impact on the Jews.
